Terms of Service for Luca

1. Operator and scope

Luca is operated by Llama League GmbH, Trübnerweg 4, 22607 Hamburg, Germany. These terms apply to authorized business users of Luca. Commercial agreements with a customer take precedence where they contain different provisions.

2. Service

Luca supports the preparation, generation, review, rendering and delivery of social video content. Some functions depend on third-party services, including AI generation providers, Google Drive and TikTok. Availability and output quality of those services cannot be guaranteed by Llama League.

3. Accounts and authorization

Access is limited to invited users. Users must keep credentials confidential, use their own assigned account and notify Llama League of suspected misuse. A user connecting a TikTok account confirms that they are authorized to manage that account and to transfer the selected content to it.

4. Content responsibilities

Users and customers remain responsible for the content they provide, approve and publish, including rights to images, video, music, trademarks and personal likenesses. Content must comply with applicable law, contractual obligations and the rules of the destination platform.

5. TikTok workflow

Luca may upload an approved MP4 to the connected TikTok account's posting inbox. This is not automatic public posting. The TikTok account owner remains responsible for the final review, edits, music selection, posting settings and publication inside TikTok. TikTok's own terms apply to use of its platform.

6. Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, access another customer's data, upload unlawful content or use Luca to infringe third-party rights. Automated use outside the functions provided by Luca requires prior written permission.

7. Availability and changes

Llama League may maintain, update or modify Luca and may suspend access where necessary for security, operations or contractual reasons. Users should retain copies of material that must be preserved independently.

8. Termination

Access ends when the applicable customer agreement ends, an invitation is withdrawn or these terms are materially breached. TikTok connections can be disconnected in Luca at any time.

9. Liability and governing law

Liability is governed by the applicable customer agreement and mandatory law. German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, to the extent permitted for business users.
